Dermalex in association with CIG Healthcare Partnership has developed a ‘Conversations on Skincare’ pharmacy resource pack consisting of a series of modules to help the pharmacy team engage in conversations on common skin conditions such as rosacea, psoriasis and eczema.

The training focuses on using effective communication skills to help customers with these conditions by using WWHAM in a practical way. Once completed, the pharmacy team member should feel confident talking to sufferers about their symptoms and advising on the treatment options available.
