A module to help the pharmacy team understand the current NICE guidance on managing fever in children and how antipyretics can help and discover the products available to help with symptoms.

As they work through the module, pharmacy staff will learn when to recommend an appropriate OTC product to manage fever in children, what self-care advice can be given to parents and when to advise parents to seek medical advice.

This learning was supported by an extensive month-long digital marketing campaign that drew in learners from across the Pharmacy Network.

A complete training programme for pharmacy teams to update their knowledge on the POM to P switch of Gina and learn how to help women with uncomfortable symptoms caused by postmenopausal vaginal atrophy. The learning resources include 4 short modules in turn educating users on the condition, the product, tools to support supply and supply considerations including contraindications. These are supported by bite-sized videos that cover various aspects of Gina and its use, patient scenarios and advice on discussing Gina with patients. All the training elements are hosted on a central resources page hosted on The Pharmacy Network.

In addition to the training materials, Gina launch activity included a print mailing to pharmacy that included the Pharmacy Guide for the supply of Gina, an engaging Pharmacy Team Training Guide and the Pharmacy checklist., along with a sample of the Gina applicator.

A 3-months comprehensive digital marketing plan, podcast and webcast were developed to create awareness and drive engagement and participation in the programme.
