CIG Healthcare Partnership has been working with Sanofi to develop practical educational tools for their Buscopan range and Nasacort Allergy Nasal Spray. Training guides were produced for pharmacy teams alongside interactive PDF presentations for the Sanofi salesforce.

The Buscopan training aims to help pharmacy teams understand the causes and symptoms of IBS and identify how it differs from general abdominal pain and cramps. After completing the training, staff will be able to confidently recommend Buscopan IBS or Buscopan Cramps to customers, as appropriate, in addition to offering lifestyle advice to help customers manage their conditions.

The Nasacort Allergy Nasal Spray training will familiarise support staff with allergic rhinitis and help them understand how effective intranasal steroids are at treating symptoms. Users will learn about who can use Nasacort Allergy Nasal Spray and what advice they can give to customers when recommending the product.
